WHAT IS THE WCRC SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM(WCRC/SLP)?

The WCRC/SLP Program provides a system of individualized services planning, services provision, and advocacy to assist the Homeless Severe and Persistent Mentally Ill Women, with or without their children, who could have a co-occurring substance abuse problem, to obtain permanent housing.

WHAT DOES WCRC/SLP PROVIDE?

• Individual Service Plan
• Supportive Counseling
• Community Resources
• 24-hour WCRC Residential Treatment Center staff access for crisis intervention/stabilization and emergencies
• Medication and Money Management Training
• Transportation
• UpLIFTD’s Employment Services
• Alcohol and Drug Surveillance
• Substance abuse surveillance
• Educational/Vocational Counseling and Placement
• Six-month Follow-up Services
• Alumni Club with planned activities at WCRC for Aftercare Support
